Women Leaders UK

MKInnovates was set up in 2017 by the Women Leaders UK charity as a mechanism to engage more girls and women into STEM. A format was decided by which exciting organisations in Milton Keynes and the surrounding region were invited to take an exhibition space in Middleton Hall CentreMK and showcase the types of jobs and courses girls and women seeking a new career could aspire to attain.

Over time we have expanded our reach to all students and all adults seeking a change of career, and especially targeting the underrepresented areas such as, females, BAME, those from less privileged areas, disabled, and neurodiverse.
